Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketer to manage our social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, designing social media posters, and running campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:·        Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across all platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

·        Design creative and attractive posters, graphics, and videos for digital campaigns using tools like Canva,

Photoshop, or Illustrator

·        Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

·        Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content performance

·        Manage and maintain the company’s online presence and ensure brand consistency in all communications

·        Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with business goals and campaigns

·        Respond to followers, engage with audiences, and manage community interactions professionally

·        Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

·        Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or Social Media Executive

·        Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

·        Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies

·        Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills

·        Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:·        Knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)

·        Basic video editing skills

·        Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Buffer
