Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand promotion.

• Manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• 
  
• Handle SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to maximize online visibility.
• 
  
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
• 
  
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• 
  
• Coordinate with the sales team to optimize lead quality and conversion rate.
• 
  
• Manage CRM tools and marketing automation systems for lead nurturing.
• 
  
• Collaborate with designers and video editors for creative ad content.
• 
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with real estate lead generation campaigns.
• 
  
• Basic understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• 
  
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and meet campaign deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Certification in Digital Marketing or Google Ads preferred.
