About Catseye Group:

Catseye Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with more than 1 year of experience to strengthen our brand presence and drive qualified lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running digital campaigns, social media management, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management – Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Paid Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation – Develop creative posts, blogs, videos, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Email Marketing – Design and send targeted email campaigns to engage and retain customers.
• Analytics & Reporting – Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare monthly reports.
• Market Research – Track competitors and industry trends to recommend new strategies.
• Brand Building – Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software (preferred).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₹5000 – ₹15,000 (depending on experience & skills).
