Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for property promotions.

Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Create engaging content for ads, posts, reels, blogs, and newsletters.

Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).

Generate quality leads and track performance using CRM tools.

Monitor website traffic and improve SEO ranking.

Handle email and SMS marketing for project updates and offers.

Coordinate with sales teams to understand project requirements.

Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.

Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills

Strong communication and content creation skills.
