Digital Marketing Executive

We at BRB Digital are on the hunt for a data driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our growing digital marketing team! If you're passionate about performance marketing, obsessed with optimizing campaigns, and get a thrill from high ROI, we want to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for visual assets.
• Track KPIs and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools. Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu is a plus.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
