Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website development activities, creating product catalogues, and drafting professional proposals. The role requires strong design capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a high level of proficiency in digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create & manage website development, updates, and content enhancements.
• Create visually appealing and detailed catalogues for products/services.
• Draft professional proposals, presentations, and marketing documents.
• Design marketing creatives, banners, and digital content using Canva (expertise required).
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and convert it into engaging marketing material.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print content.
• Support social media and digital campaign requirements whenever needed.
• Maintain and organize digital content repositories and files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Canva for creative design and content development.
• Strong command of MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (mandatory).
• Good understanding of website development processes, CMS platforms, and basic content structure.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to draft clear, professional documents.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or similar roles is an added advantage.
