Job Title: Social Media & E-Commerce Executive (Beauty Products)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media & E-Commerce Executive to manage our online presence and drive digital sales for our beauty products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media handling, online sales, e-commerce platforms (especially Amazon & Flipkart), and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
• Create, plan, and post engaging content (reels, posts, stories, promotions)
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly
• Plan social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales

E-Commerce & Online Sales

• Manage product listings on Amazon & Flipkart (mandatory experience)
• Handle pricing, offers, discounts, and stock coordination
• Monitor orders, returns, reviews, and customer feedback
• Optimize listings with keywords, images, and descriptions to improve sales

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute paid ads on social media and e-commerce platforms
• Run promotional campaigns, festive offers, and product launches
• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Coordinate with designers/content creators for marketing materials

Sales & Growth

• Drive online sales through marketing and promotional strategies
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the beauty segment
• Suggest new ideas to increase brand visibility and revenue
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in social media handling and online sales
• Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller portals (must)
• Understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products preferred
• Basic knowledge of ads, analytics, and content strategy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with beauty or cosmetic brands
• Knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus
