Digital Marketing Executive

This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and others to drive conversions.We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale our digital ad spend. You will be the primary lead for Meta and Google Ads, focusing specifically on e-commerce growth and ROI. This is a role for someone who loves data, rapid testing, and seeing their work translate directly into sales.

• RequirementsExperience: Exactly 2 years in managing paid ads (Agency or E-com brand background preferred).
• Platform Mastery: Solid understanding of Meta Events Manager and Google Ads dashboard.
• Skills: Strong command over MS Excel (Data sorting, Pivot tables) and basic GA4 knowledge.
• Mindset: A "hustler" mentality—you are proactive about fixing underperforming ads before being asked.
