Digital Marketing Head

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Head / Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns, promotions, and paid advertisements to strengthen brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running campaigns, promotions, and ads across digital platforms and must be capable of independently managing end-to-end digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms

Manage paid ads on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms

Create and execute brand promotion strategies

Plan promotional campaigns for products, offers, and launches

Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPL, ROI, and conversions

Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives

Manage social media promotions and paid boosting

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Analyze competitor activities and market trends

Prepare performance reports and improvement plans

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of proven experience in Digital Marketing

Experience in campaign planning, promotions, and ad running

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads

Understanding of branding and customer acquisition strategies

Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively

Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and reporting tools

Good communication and coordination skills

Result-oriented mindset
