🧠 Role OverviewWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who lives on social media, understands trends, and is excited about startups, business stories, and content growth.

This is a hands-on role where you won’t just “observe” — you will build, test, and scale content daily.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and grow Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Schedule posts, reels, and videos consistently
• Monitor comments, DMs, engagement, and trends
• Content Creation & ResearchResearch trending topics in startups, business, tech, founders, and Bharat economy
• Assist in writing captions, hooks, and post ideas
• Help in reel concepts, scripts, and storytelling formats
• Reels & Video SupportAssist in reel creation (Instagram & YouTube Shorts)
• Basic video editing using tools like CapCut, VN, Filmora, or Premiere Pro
• Select B-rolls, images, charts, and visuals to support stories
• Growth & AnalyticsSupport growth hacking experiments (hooks, formats, posting times)
• Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, saves, shares
• Learn how content actually goes viral
