• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for real estate projects (farmhouses, plots, land).
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads with a strong focus on ROI.
• Generate high-quality leads and improve lead-to-conversion ratios.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Plan and execute branding, performance marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor and reduce cost per lead (CPL) while increasing conversions.
• Manage landing pages, website optimization, and lead tracking systems.
• Oversee SEO, content marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate marketing practices.
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven background in real estate digital marketing.
• Expertise in lead generation, funnel building, and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, pixels, analytics, and tracking tools.
