We are in the process of building and scaling our digital presence and are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions

* Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

* Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility

* Handle social media marketing, content planning, and brand positioning

* Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights

* Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign execution

* Manage email marketing and customer retention strategies

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce

* Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategies

* Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and SEO tools

* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

* Excellent communication and team management skills

Preferred Skills

* Experience in scaling e-commerce platforms

* Knowledge of marketing automation tools
