Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-backed digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, analytics, and travel-industry marketing trends.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual digital campaigns for hotels, tour packages, and travel services
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across channels
  • Performance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • SEO & Content MarketingLead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) for web and app platforms
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to produce high-quality blogs, landing pages, ads, and creatives
  • Improve organic rankings for travel-related keywords and destinations
  • Social Media & Brand BuildingOversee social media strategy, calendars, and engagement across platforms
  • Build brand authority and trust through storytelling, campaigns, and influencer collaborations
  • Monitor online reputation, reviews, and brand mentions
  • Analytics & ReportingTrack performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Use data to drive strategic decisions and campaign improvements
  • Team & Vendor ManagementLead and mentor internal digital marketing executives
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and influencers
  • Ensure timely execution and quality control of all digital activities
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing (travel, hospitality, or e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent understanding of user acquisition funnels and lead generation strategies
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in OTA, travel tech, or booking platforms
  • Knowledge of app marketing (ASO, app installs, retargeting)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and email marketing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
