Role OverviewRosero Infra LLP is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can drive end-to-end digital growth across SEO, website management, performance marketing (Google Ads), social media, and real estate listing portals. This role needs someone who can execute fast, measure everything, and consistently generate qualified leads.

• Key Responsibilities1) SEO (Mandatory)Own on-page and off-page SEO strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and lead quality
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization
• Manage technical SEO basics: indexing, crawl issues, site speed, redirects, schema (as needed)
• Track performance using GA4, Search Console, and reporting dashboards

2) Website Management & Updates(Mandatory)

• Manage website updates: landing pages, content edits, banners, project listings, forms, CTAs
• Ensure website is always updated with latest inventory, project details, pricing, location pages, etc.
• Coordinate with designers/developers to implement improvements and fixes
• Maintain brand consistency and user experience across website

3) Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) (Mandatory)

• Create and manage Meta ad campaigns end-to-end (lead gen + landing page campaigns)
• Audience targeting, creatives coordination, A/B testing, retargeting.
• CPL, CAC, ROAS optimization with daily/weekly performance monitoring.

4) Google Ads (Mandatory)

• Build and manage Search + Display campaigns (and Performance Max if relevant)
• Keyword planning, negative keywords, ad copy, conversion tracking
• Landing page alignment + lead quality improvements
• Budget optimization and reporting.

5) Social Media Management (Mandatory)

• Manage brand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram
• Plan content calendar, execute posts, improve engagement and reach
• Coordinate creatives/reels with internal team or freelancers
• Community management: comments, DMs, inquiries routing

6) Listing Portals & Property Platforms (Mandatory)

• Manage listings and lead generation on Magicbricks, Housing, 99acres, and other relevant platforms
• Ensure listings are optimized: photos, descriptions, pricing, tags, locations, USPs
• Handle lead flow tracking and improve portal ROI

7) Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Weekly reporting on leads, CPL, conversion rates, traffic sources, and campaign performance
• Track lead quality with sales team feedback and improve targeting accordingly

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• SEO (On-page + Off-page + basics of Technical SEO)
• Website management and regular updates (WordPress or similar CMS)
• Meta Ads campaign creation + management
• Google Ads campaign creation + management
• Social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, FB, Insta)
• Real estate portals: Magicbricks, Housing, 99acres, etc.

Good to Have

• Canva / basic creative understanding (briefing designers effectively)
• GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager familiarity
• Landing page CRO and funnel optimization mindset
• Real estate marketing experience (preferred)
• What Success Looks Like (KPIs)Consistent pipeline of qualified leads (not junk leads)
• Improved search rankings and organic inbound inquiries
• Reduced CPL over time with better targeting + conversion tracking
• Strong content + brand presence across social platforms
• High-performing listings on real estate portals
