We are building high-converting eCommerce & dropshipping brands and looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can scale products profitably using Meta & Google Ads.

🔥 Responsibilities:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads setup, testing & scaling

• Google Ads (Search & Shopping) campaign management

• Creative testing (angles, hooks, offers)

• Daily performance tracking (CPA, ROAS, CTR)

• Scaling winning products & killing losing campaigns

• Funnel & landing page optimization

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 month experience in Meta Ads (must)

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads

• Experience in eCommerce / Dropshipping preferred

• Strong understanding of creatives & ad testing

• Data-driven mindset (numbers samajhna must hai)

💰 Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance Bonus (based on results)
