Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in driving online growth, lead generation, and brand awareness through multiple digital channels.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and creative vision to execute performance-driven marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Execute and monitor SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies to improve online visibility and ranking.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
• Create data-driven performance reports to measure ROI and suggest continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with design, content, and web development teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI-based marketing tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Expertise:

·        Proven experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Paid Ad Management.

·        Strong understanding of Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.

·        Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

·        Experience with WordPress / CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge (preferred).

·        Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
