Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing Activities

• Pack finished goods as per company standards and safety guidelines
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of products
• Handle packing materials efficiently to avoid damage

2. Dispatch Management

• Prepare dispatch orders, challans, and invoices
• Coordinate with transporters/couriers for timely delivery
• Ensure correct loading and dispatch of materials

3. Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain records of dispatched goods
• Update stock movement in system/register
• Verify quantities before dispatch

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure products are packed without damage
• Follow safety procedures during handling and loading
• Report any discrepancies or damages immediately

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams
• Communicate dispatch schedules to relevant departments
• Support in stock audits and physical verification
