Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Management:

• Plan and oversee daily dispatches of finished goods to clients.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
• Verify dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and transport slips.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, spares, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally or relevant software.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of materials.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with production and purchase teams to plan material availability and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain reports on inventory, dispatch timelines, and pending deliveries.
• Suggest improvements for warehouse layout, inventory tracking, and dispatch processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, inventory, or warehouse management (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally / ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a small team of warehouse/dispatch staff.
