• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders with minimal errors.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with courier and delivery partners to ensure smooth pick-up and on-time deliveries.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Maintain proper stock records and collaborate with the warehouse team for efficient packaging and dispatch.
• Return & RTO Management: Monitor return orders, track RTO (Return to Origin) cases, and ensure timely processing of refunds or replacements.
• Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution: Regularly track shipments, address delivery delays, and proactively resolve logistics-related customer complaints.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to packaging, invoicing, and dispatch documentation as per company and legal requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily reports on dispatch efficiency, returns, and logistics performance for review.
