Dispatch Executive / Officer

We’re looking for an Dispatch Executive/ officer and Order Processing Executive who’s detail-oriented and experienced in handling online orders. You should be familiar with Uni-Commerce software and have worked on Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage online orders via Uni-Commerce.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth dispatches.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order updates.
• Maintain order reports and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce order management.
• Knowledge of Uni-Commerce and Myntra panel.
• Good communication and Excel skills.
