Dispatch Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics / Dispatch Manager who will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers. The candidate should have strong organizational skills and prior experience in logistics or warehouse dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch planning and execution.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure order readiness.
• Arrange transportation and negotiate with transport vendors.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and shipment documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues when required.
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and logistics documentation.
• Monitor delivery timelines and improve dispatch efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred (any stream).
• 1–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of courier systems, transport coordination, and documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software, ERP preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
