Document Verification Executive (Office)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Document Verification Executive to manage and verify client documentation for account opening processes. The role involves handling onboarding and issue resolution for platforms such as Zerodha and Tide, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate client documents for account opening processes
• Manage onboarding of new clients on Zerodha and Tide platforms
• Ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are accurately fulfilled
• Identify discrepancies or incomplete documentation and follow up with clients
• Assist clients in resolving account-related issues and queries
• Maintain accurate records of client verification and onboarding status
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic understanding of KYC and financial documentation (preferred)
• Familiarity with Zerodha and Tide account opening process is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
