Job Title: Driver (Company/Office Driver)

Job Summary

A Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation for employees, clients, and company materials. The role includes maintaining the vehicle in good condition, following traffic rules, and supporting basic office errands when required.

Key Responsibilities

🚘 Transportation

Drive company staff, clients, or visitors to assigned destinations

Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedule

Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure punctuality

📦 Deliveries & Errands

Deliver documents, parcels, and official items

Handle bank work, courier services, and other office-related errands

Ensure safe handling of all items during transport

🔧 Vehicle Maintenance

Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior)

Perform regular checks (fuel, engine oil, brakes, tires, battery, etc.)

Schedule servicing and report any mechanical issues promptly

🛣️ Safety & Compliance

Follow all traffic rules and regulations

Maintain a valid driving license and required documents (RC, insurance, PUC)

Ensure safety of passengers at all times

Practice defensive and responsible driving

🕒 Time Management

Be punctual and reliable for all assignments

Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and travel details

Be flexible with working hours if required

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driving license (LMV or as applicable)

Minimum education: Basic literacy preferred

1–3 years of driving experience (preferred)

Clean driving record (no major violations)

Working Conditions

Regular travel within city and nearby areas

May require flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings

Occasional overtime depending on company needs
