We design and produce a wide range of apparel that combines style, comfort, and performance, serving a growing customer base across the country. As we continue to expand our e-commerce presence, we are seeking a skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage our accounts and advertising on Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion, digital marketing, and the e-commerce industry.


Job Overview:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Marketplace Executive with a deep passion for e-commerce and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to manage and optimize product cataloging, listings, and advertising on major platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho. The ideal candidate will not only ensure that our product offerings are accurately represented and highly visible but will also take ownership of driving the marketplace strategy with a focus on continuous growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our e-commerce success while taking on a variety of responsibilities, some of which mirror those typically handled by a founder or senior leader.

We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated, adaptable, and excited about taking on new challenges. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Catalog Management & Product Listings:

  • Create, update, and manage high-quality product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, ensuring they adhere to platform guidelines and optimize visibility.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for maximum search engine optimization (SEO) performance on each platform.
  • Regularly update and refresh product catalogs, managing product variants (sizes, colors, etc.), stock availability, and promotional pricing.
  • Perform quality audits and continuously improve listings to ensure the highest standards and compliance with platform requirements.

2. E-Commerce Marketplace Optimization:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance product visibility and conversion rates through effective listing optimization and keyword strategy.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate performance metrics (traffic, sales, reviews, etc.) and implement improvements.
  • Use data from platform analytics tools to fine-tune listing performance, improving the product rankings and overall sales.
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to catalog, pricing, or compliance that may impact marketplace performance.

3. Advertising Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Flipkart Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products, and Meesho Ads to drive targeted traffic and sales.
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize bidding strategies, keywords, and audience targeting to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns, sales events, and exclusive offers for all key platforms.
  • Manage the advertising budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across different campaigns.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze and report on the performance of product listings and advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, sales trends, and ROI to refine and improve strategies for all marketplaces.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance, outlining areas of improvement and growth opportunities.

5. Customer Service & Order Management:

  • Manage customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a timely and effective response to customer queries or complaints related to product listings.
  • Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure inventory is properly stocked, and orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Address and resolve issues related to returns, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay informed on the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce marketplace, including updates from Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
  • Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities for growth, new product offerings, pricing strategies, and advertising tactics.
  • Adapt strategies to keep up with evolving market conditions and platform updates, ensuring the brand stays competitive.

7. Ownership of E-Commerce Strategy:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end performance of the brand on Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for marketplace growth, including identifying new opportunities, optimizing operations, and scaling presence across additional platforms.
  • Act as a key decision-maker when it comes to pricing, product listings, promotions, and other major marketplace strategies.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions as an integral part of the e-commerce leadership team, working closely with senior leadership (including the founder) on strategic decisions.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Flipkart, Amazon, and Meesho marketplaces, including catalog management, product listing optimization, and advertising.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Seller Dashboard.
  • Proficient in tools for product research, SEO, and advertising optimization (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with e-commerce analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Amazon Analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to work with data to optimize ads, product listings, and sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing customer queries, working with teams, and preparing reports.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure high-quality product listings, precision in data reporting, and the ability to solve complex issues.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple marketplace responsibilities simultaneously.
