Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and online tools
• Fast and accurate data entry abilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content & Data Management

• Manage and maintain accurate product listings across online platforms.
• Ensure all content is updated, relevant, and well-organized.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams for content alignment.

2. Excel Proficiency

• Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data formulas for catalog updates and reporting.
• Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Data Accuracy & Entry

• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, including specifications, pricing, stock, and descriptions.
• Input data quickly and accurately to meet upload deadlines and quality benchmarks.
