E-commerce Executive (Marketplace Operations & Customer Support)

Anikaa Enterprises is looking for a smart, detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who can handle end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon and Flipkart. The role requires strong multitasking ability, platform knowledge, customer communication skills, and basic creative skills.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces
• Handle SPF claims, returns, and reimbursement cases efficiently
• product listings (title, bullet points, images, attributes, keywords)
• Respond to customer queries, messages, and feedback professionally within SLA
• Coordinate customer issues such as order problems, replacements, and escalations
• Maintain and update daily sales, Return in Excel
• Support social media posting for brand awareness (product posts, offers, creatives)
• Assist in improving product presentation using basic graphic design tools
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Good understanding of SPF claims, order management, and listing processes
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic graphic designing skills using tools like Canva / Photoshop
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy
