E-Commerce Manager

Evara is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand focused on building scalable systems, strong merchandising, and high-conversion e-commerce experiences. We are building a long-term brand — not a discount-driven business.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the website, product merchandising, and growth execution end-to-end.

Role Overview:

1.You will manage:

• Homepage structure
• Product sequencing & rotations
• Collection strategy
• Product launches
• Conversion optimization
• Inventory visibility strategy

Your job is to make the website sell more — consistently.

2.Key Responsibilities

• Website & Merchandising Ownership
• Manage homepage layout & product placement
• Decide which SKUs go under “Best Sellers”, “Trending”, etc.
• Create and manage collections
• Rotate slow-moving inventory strategically
• Improve product discoverability
• Product Launch
• Execution Plan drop calendars
• Position new launches correctly
• Coordinate with performance marketing team
• Ensure new collections are structured for maximum visibility

3.Performance & AnalyticsTrack and improve:

• Conversion Rate (CR)
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Revenue per Visitor
• Sell-through Rate
• Inventory aging
• Category performance
• Use data to make merchandising decisions.

4.Cross-Team Coordination

• Work with performance marketing to align SKU scaling
• Work with operations to manage stock planning
• Work with creative team to align campaigns with website

5.KPIs (How You Will Be Measured)

• Increase in website conversion rate
• Improved SKU sell-through rate
• Reduction in dead inventory
• Improved AOV
• Monthly revenue growth

6. Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in D2C fashion e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with Shopify
• Strong understanding of merchandising logic
• Comfortable with analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Excel)
• Strong data-driven decision making

This role will directly work with the Founder and will evolve into a Head of E-commerce role as the brand scales.
