Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Analyze current e-commerce operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
- Optimize product listings, site usability, checkout processes, and conversion funnels.
- Advise on selection and integration of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Flipkart Myntra ajio Magento, WooCommerce).
- Provide recommendations on digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, affiliate, social).
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and marketers to enhance online presence.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities.
- Track KPIs and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Requirements: Proven experience as an E-commerce Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI principles, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, SEM tools, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-channel selling (Amazo, Flipkart Myntra ajio eBay, social commerce).
- Knowledge of international e-commerce and cross-border logistics.
- Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
