eCommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business for our apparel brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales growth, optimizing customer experience, and executing digital strategies across all online channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the brand’s e-commerce website (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads)
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams for product launches and campaigns
• Manage third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Ensure a seamless customer journey from landing page to checkout
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
• Handle CRM, retention strategies, and loyalty programs
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and returns management
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion/apparel
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in fashion/apparel brand is highly preferred
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices
