Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive both customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role blends field sales, digital marketing, and growth strategy — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales (Revenue Focus)Drive end-to-end sales funnel: lead → conversion → retention
  • Handle inbound & outbound sales (calls, WhatsApp, in-person if needed)
  • Build and manage doctor/clinic/hospital partnerships (if relevant)
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Track and optimize sales metrics (CAC, conversion %, LTV)
  • 2. Marketing (Growth Engine)Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Work on lead generation funnels (landing pages, WhatsApp flows, CRM)
  • Coordinate with content team for ads, reels, creatives
  • Run experiments for growth hacking (offers, hooks, campaigns)
  • Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and ROI
  • 3. Strategy & ExecutionIdentify new customer acquisition channels
  • Build and test go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze data and improve funnel performance weekly
  • Work closely with founders on growth roadmap
  • Requirements1–5 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Experience with digital ads (Meta/Google) is a big plus
  • Comfortable with targets, pressure, and fast execution
  • Experience in healthcare / edtech / D2C is preferred
