Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive both customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role blends field sales, digital marketing, and growth strategy — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Key Responsibilities1. Sales (Revenue Focus)Drive end-to-end sales funnel: lead → conversion → retention
- Handle inbound & outbound sales (calls, WhatsApp, in-person if needed)
- Build and manage doctor/clinic/hospital partnerships (if relevant)
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Track and optimize sales metrics (CAC, conversion %, LTV)
- 2. Marketing (Growth Engine)Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Work on lead generation funnels (landing pages, WhatsApp flows, CRM)
- Coordinate with content team for ads, reels, creatives
- Run experiments for growth hacking (offers, hooks, campaigns)
- Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and ROI
- 3. Strategy & ExecutionIdentify new customer acquisition channels
- Build and test go-to-market strategies
- Analyze data and improve funnel performance weekly
- Work closely with founders on growth roadmap
- Requirements1–5 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Experience with digital ads (Meta/Google) is a big plus
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and fast execution
- Experience in healthcare / edtech / D2C is preferred
