Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for helping students shape their future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding course selection, career options, and admission processes.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries related to courses and admissions.
• Provide information about educational institutions, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the education sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree (any stream).
• Prior experience in counselling or sales is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
