Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Education Counsellor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for interacting with potential students, explaining our educational programs, managing admissions processes, and ultimately converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation – Identify and connect with prospective students.
2. Information Dissemination – Clearly communicate course and admission details.
3. Documentation & Process Management – Assist students with application forms and paperwork.
4. Cross-Selling & Up-Selling – Recommend suitable additional programs or services.
5. Admissions Conversion – Guide students through the enrollment process.
6. Relationship Management – Build strong, trust-based relationships with students.
7. Follow-Ups – Maintain regular communication to support and close leads.

• Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree (any stream)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in counselling, sales, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
