*Job Summary*

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counseling students, promoting academic programs, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments while maintaining high service standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Counsel students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes

-Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries

-Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely closure of admissions

-Explain admission procedures, documentation, and timelines clearly

-Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems

-Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve targets

-Participate in admission drives, seminars, school/college visits, and events

-Ensure a positive and professional experience for all applicants

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

-Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong convincing and counseling abilities

-Target-oriented mindset with a student-first approach

-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
