Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented B2C Admission Counselor specialized in overseas study. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to students seeking to pursue their education abroad. You will assist them in understanding various education systems, application processes, and scholarship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.

- Assist students in identifying suitable universities and programs based on their goals and preferences.

- Guide students through the entire application process, including preparation of application materials, personal statements, and CVs.

- Provide information on admission requirements, visa processes, scholarship options, and financial aid.

- Conduct workshops and webinars to educate students and parents about the benefits of studying abroad and the admission process.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in global education, university rankings, and course offerings.

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions abroad.

- Address students' and parents' queries and concerns related to their study abroad journey.

- Track and report individual student progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.

- Proven experience in admission counseling, preferably for overseas education.

- Strong understanding of the international education landscape, including universities, courses, and visa regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively counsel students and engage with various stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple student cases simultaneously.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for managing student information and counseling sessions.
