Position Title: Education Counsellor – Online University Courses

Job Summary:

Gradify Edu is seeking experienced Education Counsellors to handle student counselling and admissions for online courses offered by our partnered universities such as Manipal, Amity, NIMIS,LPU, GLA,VGU and others. The role involves guiding students on suitable programs (MBA, MCA,BBA,BCA etc.), managing admission procedures, and ensuring successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding online degree programs (MBA, MCA,BBA,BCA and other courses).

Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, and university tie-ups.

Handle end-to-end admission processes, including documentation and coordination with universities.

Manage leads, follow up with potential candidates, and achieve admission targets.

Maintain accurate data and daily admission reports.

Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional and outreach activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 year of experience in education counselling, university admissions.

Graduate in any stream (preferably Marketing or related field).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
