Job Title: Education Counselor

Experience: Fresher or 6 months–1 year

Job Description:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, colleges, and admission procedures
• Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable career options
• Assist students with application and documentation processes
• Follow up with leads and maintain student records
• Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of admissions or education counseling preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a part of multidisciplinary team
• Accountable and supportive in working behaviour
• Basic computer knowledge
