Job Title: Education Counsellor – South Indian Languages(Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)

Location: On-site / NoidaExperience: 0–10 Years (Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply)Job Description:We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counsellor who is fluent in South Indian languages. The role involves counselling students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities, while ensuring a smooth admission process.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents about educational programs and admission procedures
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in South Indian languages
• Identify student needs and recommend suitable courses
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records
• Meet counselling and enrollment targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation
• Provide excellent student support and guidance
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluency in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam (any one or more)
• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi
• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
• Strong communication, convincing & interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with targets
• Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
• Preferred Candidate:0–10 years of experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, or customer support
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
