Job Title: Education Counsellor – B2B / B2C Sales (EdTech)

Location: A-18, Sector 59, Noida, Near 59 Metro Station

Department: Sales / Business Development

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in B2B Education Sales, EdTech, or University Admissions Industry: EdTech


Role Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Education Counsellor – B2B Sales with at least 1 year of experience in education or edtech sales. The role focuses on driving admissions and revenue through institutional partners such as universities, colleges, and education centers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups, and closures in a B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales & Admissions Closure

•      Drive student admissions through partner universities, colleges, and training centers.

•      Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.

•      Convert leads into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-ups.  Handle objections and close admissions within defined timelines.

Institutional Relationship Management

•      Maintain strong relationships with existing partner institutions.

•      Coordinate with universities and centers to ensure smooth admission flow.

•      Pitch programs, benefits, and offerings to institutional stakeholders.  Identify opportunities for repeat admissions and upselling.

Counselling & Lead Conversion

•      Counsel partner institutions on course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process.

•      Ensure end-to-end coordination from inquiry to enrolment.  Improve lead-to-admission conversion ratios


Required Skills & Qualifications

•      Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred).

•      Minimum 1 year experience in education counselling, edtech sales, or admissions.

•      Strong sales mindset with ability to work on targets and incentives.

•      Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

•      Comfortable with follow-ups, closures, and institutional coordination.

•      Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and MIS reporting.
