Education counselor, a role responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support to students throughout their education journey by assisting students in exploring career options and developing personalized learning plans.

ABOUT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting and identifying suitable career paths aligning skills and interests.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate career aspirations.
• Guiding customized career plans with possible actionable steps.
• Offer advice and guidance on career-related decision-making.
• Maintain detailed records of prospective learners through leads and CRM databases.
• Observing for cross-selling and up-selling possibilities with current clients actively.

 QUALIFICATION REQUIRED 

• Completed graduation (in any field)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of multidisciplinary team
• Accountable and supportive in working behaviour
• Basic computer knowledge
