Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Only EdTech Sales Experience Required)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

🎯 About the RoleWe are looking for experienced Admission Counsellors with a strong background in EdTech sales to handle admissions for Regular Universities and Online Universities programs. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, excellent in communication, and skilled in converting leads into enrollments.

• 🧾 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding Regular & Online University programs
• Handle inbound & outbound calls from prospective students
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees & admission process
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Maintain proper follow-ups and lead management using CRM
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 2 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Admission Counselling (Mandatory)
• Experience in selling Regular & Online University programs
• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi & English)
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups & closures
