Education Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Education Sales Executive responsible for converting student enquiries into enrolments for online tuition classes. The role focuses on counselling and guiding students/parents toward the right tutoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from students and parents for online tuition classes
• Understand student requirements (class, subject, board, learning needs)
• Counsel parents and students on suitable tuition plans and teacher matching
• Convert enquiries into successful enrolments
• Build trust and guide parents/students through the decision-making process
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate data in CRM/LMS systems
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable tuition solution
• Basic computer knowledge
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply
