• Student Counseling: Conduct individual and group sessions to address academic, personal, and career concerns, helping students identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Career & College Guidance: Assist with course selection, career exploration, college applications, entrance exams, and visa procedures for international students.
• Assessment & Planning: Administer and interpret assessments (aptitude, interest) to develop personalized educational and career plans.
• Program Development: Create and implement workshops on study skills, test prep, career readiness, and emotional well-being.
• Collaboration: Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to create supportive plans for students. 
• Resource Provision: Connect students and families with relevant resources like tutoring, mentoring, and external agencies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain confidential student records, including assessments, transcripts, and session notes.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in an ethical manner Important Notes:- *Salary: - up to 4LPA (depending up on your interview)
