Educational Counsellor

We are seeking dynamic and student-oriented Graduate candidates for the role of Education Counselor. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, guiding them through academic programs, and supporting the admissions process.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility, and career opportunities
• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
• Explain course structure, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures
• Maintain accurate student data and follow-up records
• Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for lead management
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and counseling sessions
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all students
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and student-friendly approach
• Basic knowledge of higher education programs (MBA/PGDM preferred)
• Good follow-up and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
• Qualifications: Graduate (Pursuing or Completed)
