Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, newsletters)
- Create and manage email templates and content
- Handle email automation workflows (drip campaigns, lead nurturing)
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics
- Monitor and improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and layouts
- Ensure emails are mobile-friendly and responsive
- Maintain email database hygiene and ensure GDPR compliance
- Coordinate with content and design teams
- Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics / CRM tools
