Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to manage our email campaigns, automation workflows, and subscriber engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, list management, performance tracking, and optimization.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

• Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned email content that drives clicks and conversions.

• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing, responsive email templates.

• Manage and segment subscriber lists to improve targeting and personalization.

• Set up and optimize automation sequences such as welcome series, re-engagement flows, and product updates.

• Ensure compliance with global email standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

• Maintain strong email deliverability and resolve issues related to spam filters or domain reputation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align email strategy with ongoing marketing goals.

👥 Eligibility Criteria

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.

• Strong English writing and editing skills.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, or similar.

• Understanding of automation workflows, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

• Self-driven, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
