Engineer II - SCCM Patching

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Vulnerability assessment, Patch Management, Intune, SCCM and WSUS in a multi-site, enterprise environment.
• Provide advanced technical support and administration of the core infrastructure systems – Vulnerability Assessment, Patch Management for Server and Clients, SCCM and Intune, Windows Server, Windows 11, Autopatch, Defender, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic knowledge of VMWare/Windows virtualization technologies.
• Provide input and help to implement/enforce security policies. Ensures virus management and security systems are updated and operating properly.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner and enters resolution into the Service Centre tracking system as needed.
• Work closely with the IT Engineering Manager, System Engineers and Regional Service Delivery Manager to ensure exceptional customer service for all support needs.
