Equity Dealer

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Equity Dealer to execute trades on behalf of clients through their Demat & Trading accounts. The role requires strong market understanding, compliance awareness, and a customer-first approach.

This is a long-term role for someone who values trust, accuracy, and process over shortcuts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades (cash & derivatives) on behalf of clients as per instructions
• Handle client orders with accuracy and timely execution
• Monitor markets and provide basic trade updates to clients
• Ensure SEBI & broker compliance at all times
• Maintain proper trade records and confirmations
• Coordinate with the back-office and the relationship team
• Avoid unauthorised trading under any circumstances
• Demat account opening and sourcing

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Dealer / Sub-broker Dealer
• Hands-on experience with IIFL / ODIN / other broker terminals preferred
• Good understanding of:
• Equity Cash Market
• F&O (basic to intermediate level)
• NISM VIII Certification preferred (or willingness to complete)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, trading terminals)
• Honest, calm, and process-driven mindset
