Quantification of materials as per site requirement
Procurement of materials & Vendor Negotiation
To take the measurement from the site engineer
To check the measurements & prepare the bills
To check & certify the bills/invoices from vendors & subcontractors
Qualifications
D.Civil, B.Tech, B.Arch or Any Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be good in MS Excel and MS word
