We’re on the lookout for a passionate, detail-driven Event Manager to take charge of planning and producing these special events – from concept to flawless execution.

• Key Responsibilities

✨ Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of any type of Events including social events (birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, baby welcomes etc.)

✨ Cold call and follow up with potential leads generated through various channels.

✨ Meet with clients, understand their vision and requirements, and translate them into a customized event plan & unique personalized experiences.

✨ Prepare presentations, proposals, and budgets to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

✨ Manage vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics end-to-end

✨ Lead on-site coordination, setup, and execution on event days

✨ Develop creative concepts, themes, and decor ideas tailored to each celebration

✨ Ensure client satisfaction with prompt communication and post-event feedback

• Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in social event planning and execution

✅ Strong vendor and team management abilities

✅ Excellent communication and client-handling skills

✅ Creative eye for detail, design, and aesthetics

✅ Highly organized and able to juggle multiple events and priorities

✅ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days

• Preferred Qualifications:

🎈 Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or similar fields

🎈 Experience with themed events or children’s parties is a bonus

🎈 Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or event planning tools
