Execution & Client Coordinator


Role Purpose: The Execution & Client Coordinator ensures smooth internal task execution and structured client coordination.

This role acts as the bridge between leadership, team, and clients to ensure:

● No task is missed

● No deadline is delayed

● No client is left uninformed

● No execution depends on the founder

This is a coordination and control role — not a strategy role.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Execution Control

a. Maintain Delegation Tracker

b. Maintain and update KRA Sheet

c. Ensure all assigned tasks have clear TAT

d. Follow up with team members before deadlines

e. Escalate delays to leadership with clarity

f. Prepare weekly review reports

g. Track completion status across departments


2. Client Coordination

a. Send regular client status updates

b. Coordinate meeting scheduling

c. Track deliverables and timelines

d. Follow up for pending documents/information

e. Ensure smooth communication between client and internal team

f. Maintain client communication logs

g. Escalate client issues in structured format


3. Reporting & Structure

a. Prepare weekly execution summary

b. Highlight task delays and bottlenecks

c. Maintain organized documentation

d. Support implementation of task management systems (TMS)

e. Ensure data discipline across team


What This Role Does NOT Include

● No pricing decisions

● No strategic decisions

● No hiring decisions

● No financial approvals

● No independent commitments to clients without leadership approval

This is a coordination and execution role.


Required Skills

● Strong follow-up discipline

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Organized and detail-oriented

● Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously

● Basic Excel / Google Sheets proficiency

● Comfortable using software tools

● Professional communication with clients


Ideal Candidate Profile

● 1–4 years experience in operations, admin, coordination, or client servicing

● Experience in service-based business preferred

● Structured thinker

● Assertive yet polite communicator

● Comfortable handling accountability conversations
